## 1. Digital Products & Services
Digiloera provides digital products and services including logo design, digital visiting cards, business poster maker tools, and other branding solutions.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally **non-refundable** once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, or used.

## 2. No Refund Policy
Once payment is successfully made and the digital product or service is delivered or activated, refunds will not be issued.
This includes:
* Digital templates
* Logo designs
* Poster maker subscriptions
* Digital visiting cards
* Premium features or feature upgrades

## 3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
* Duplicate or double payment
* Payment deducted but service not delivered
* Major technical error from our side that prevents access to the purchased service
